The 2012 Olympics mountain bike course is now 60% complete - the course at Hadleigh Farm in Essex is a 5km circuit around 550 acres of land owned by the Salvation Army.
Its a mixture of rolling hills and woodland including steep drops, berms and rocks downhill sections to test the hardest of Olympic athletes.
The farm is expected to accommodation around 20,000 spectators.
